Rebecca Stewart is the founder of Career Origin. As Managing Director and Senior Resume Writer, Rebecca has pioneered a unique ‘Resume Development Business' which has now evolved to a fully inclusive ‘Career Development Company’. Career Origin has grown to a level capable of providing services to clientele Australia wide throughout diverse industries.

Rebecca has substantial experience in developing resumes and successful Government selection criteria and now employs an experienced team to support clients throughout their careers, regardless of their situation. Rebecca’s team is capable of writing for a range of occupations, from unskilled to highly skilled, management and executive level, those starting out in their career, working through their career or returning to the workforce. Rebecca individually tailors each and every resume based not only on experience but is also careful to ensure that the resume reflects the client’s future intentions in order to achieve success in securing that role. Rebecca also provides career coaching and interview advice, in addition to job search and selection criteria assistance for government applications.  Rebecca is constantly working with industry specialists and researching recruitment trends and strategies to ensure the delivery of cutting edge documents.

Rebecca also works closely with various Government funded agencies to deliver career support strategies and advice to school students and is a Member of the various business networking groups including Chamber of Commerce, current President at BNI (Business Networking International) and is a Committee Member of the Macarthur Lifestyle and Business Expo 2010 and 2011.   

To date, Rebecca keeps herself occupied with the further development of the business, managing business operations, leading an effective team, ensuring it continues to expand whilst retaining Career Origin’s reputation for quality services.

Rebecca is passionate about her work, and strives to be the best in the business. Rebecca believes that you can achieve anything and be successful if you put your mind to it. Rebecca can relate to the difficulty we all face in finding time to juggle family commitments, work life, further education and quality family time and has herself faced a few major life hurdles including the long term illness of her husband which eventuated in a successful kidney transplant and the sudden illness of her father who fell victim to mouth cancer. Throughout this time Rebecca, with the support of her husband Tim, continued to manage the business and support her family of 6 children. “I believe the challenges I have faced have given me a very real understanding of just how tough life can be and that throughout it all, we have to continue working. Very few have the luxury of not working, therefore, your career is a vital aspect of your life and to be happy at work is integral to your overall happiness. This is why I am passionate about helping others in their career”

Victoria was born and raised in England and at the age of just 23 made a major life transition, travelling to Sydney Australia, to raise her young daughter.  Victoria left behind lifelong friends and family to travel to a new world with her Australian born partner.  Upon arriving in Australia, Victoria was then faced with the challenge of growing a new circle of friends, finding a new job and developing a relationship with her new home.
