This program can be personally adapted and tailored for high schools, TAFEs, Universities and community organisations, depending on the desired outcome or focus of each particular group. Rebecca has worked with various groups to personally tailor workshops and work with Careers Advisors to assist in achieving their specific goals.

Regardless of the role, the interview and culling process is the same.
Within 30 seconds flat, I will cull resumes based on their appearance and at interview I usually know within the first few minutes if the
candidate is a potential match for the role. It is my job to ask the hard questions and I am often surprised at how often candidates fail to answer the question adequately”
