LEARNING HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE CONFLICT EXPERIENCE
It is not unusual to experience conflict in the workplace. However, because we are not taught about the benefits of conflict, our first reactions are often based on fight or flight. When we feel our only options are to attack or avoid, we reduce our opportunities to learn and grow, in positive ways, from the conflict experience.
In this highly experiential 3 hour workshop, we will explore the nature of conflict and learn more about how we each react. We will come to understand our strengths and learn how we can leverage these to benefit from our experience of conflict in the workplace.
On completion of this workshop, participants experiencing workplace conflict will leave with the fundamentals required to make truly informed decisions about their professional next steps.
